If you’d give us 5 minutes on the phone we can range you. Most engagements fall between “smaller than a full-time hire” and “much smaller than a 5-person in-house team.” That’s a wide range on purpose — because the scope is genuinely wide. The 30-minute scoping call is the fastest path to a real number.
Is there a setup fee?+
Sometimes — depends on the scope. Listings cleanup at 12+ locations carries a setup line item. A simple single-location engagement usually doesn’t. We tell you up front, written into the proposal.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?+
No. Percentage-of-spend agencies have a conflict of interest: their fee grows when your ad budget grows, regardless of results. We charge flat management fees. Bigger budgets get more attention because they’re harder to manage well, not because we make more by inflating them.
Annual contract or month-to-month?+
90-day initial term, then month-to-month with 30-day notice. Annual prepay gets a discount (line-itemed in the proposal). No multi-year lockups.
What if I just want one service?+
Most engagements start with one or two pillars (e.g. just SEO, just Reputation + Listings). The platform and dashboard come bundled regardless. Expansion to additional pillars is the natural growth path, not a high-pressure upsell.
