Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

Frostbite Marketing (“Frostbite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit frostbitemarketing.com or engage our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: Name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and any other information you submit through our forms, Snapshot Report requests, or consult calls.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring URL, and click behavior — collected via cookies, analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), and server logs.

From third parties: Public business data (Google Business Profile, listings sites, reviews) when generating Snapshot Reports or audits about your business.

2. How we use it

  • Deliver Snapshot Reports, proposals, and ongoing service work
  • Communicate about your account, engagement, and follow-ups
  • Improve our website, content, and service offerings
  • Send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. How we share it

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics, CRM, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale (with the same confidentiality obligations)

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity), session functionality, and to remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — some site features may not function correctly without them.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Opt out of marketing communications (one-click unsubscribe in every email)
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Reach us at privacy@frostbitemarketing.com to exercise any of these rights.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. CRM records are retained for up to 7 years post-engagement unless deletion is requested.

7. Security

Our platform infrastructure is SOC 2 audited. We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — we’ll notify you promptly of any breach affecting your data per applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced via email to active clients and posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
